A beautiful pendant medal of The Virgin Mary on one side with the grotto scene from Lourdes on the other.
A lovely example of this typically French blue enamelling onto silver.
It has the boars head mark which shows this medal is 925 silver. As well as a beautiful detail on the bale. There is no maker's mark to be seen.
The medal measures 1.8 cm in diameter and weighs 1 grams
This lovely medal came from the collection at a chateau near Agen and is in pristine condition.
