Shipping policy

Shipping to France is by Colissimo and their average delivery time is 1-2 working days.

Western Europe is by Mondial Relay and estimates 3-5 working days.

Eastern Europe is a little longer at an estimate of 5-8 working days.

Standard international shipping is with the French postal service Mondial Relay on all items except Lourdes Water which will always ship with DHL Express as they are the only carrier who will deliver Lourdes Water.

Mondial Relay estimates 10-12 working days to North America and 12-15 working days to Australia. That, of course, ignores strikes and other possible delays like a hold up at customs in the receiving country. In our experience it is sensible to allow 3 weeks to North America and four weeks to Australia.
