Two beautifully illustrated catalogues from the private collection of Eugene Dubillon, director of Le Bon Marche.

The first 'Ameublements' is a catalogue of off the peg furniture that clients could buy and the second 'Ebenisterie' shows fine cabinet made furniture that could be made to measure.

Fascinating that a fully upholstered chaisse longue cost just 365 francs, adjusted for today that is still just 2800 euros.

Both catalogues still have their original loose inserts at the back and are very rare, and in excellent condition as all the items in the collection are. They measure 32 x 24 centimetres.

They will ship with full international tracking as standard and will be accompanied by a hand signed letter from Bruno Dubillon, great grandson of Eugene Dubillon.
