A really beautiful copy of Michelangelo's La Pieta in bronze.

The statue is beautifully detailed. As to be expected for a statue that is around 120 years old, the original marble base is missing but this does not detract from the charm of the piece.

It stands 8 centimetres tall, is 8.5 centimetres wide and 4.5 centimetres deep so it is a small piece but perfectly formed. It weighs 314 grams and is perfectly smooth on the base so it would make a perfect desk ornament or paperweight.
