Eugene Dubillon was a very keen aviator and friend of Louis Bleriot. Dubillon served during WWI in the French air force and so, when he became a director of Le Bon Marche, he commissioned a set of large publicity cards celebrating the famous aviators of the time.
This complete set of 10 cards incorporates photos of the aviators, their aircraft on the front and a potted history of their achievements on the reverse.
Each card measures 25 x 18 centimetres and is on heavy card stock ready to be framed.
