Pate sur Pate Limoges Enamel by Auguste Riffaterre (1868-1935) 20x10 Centimetres
The plaque is wonderful work from this great artist and I do not understand why someone would put such a brilliant work of art into such a terrible frame.
However, the frame is not important and can easily be changed.
